• Each song includes one round of lyric corrections at absolutely no extra cost to you, and these must be submitted within 48 hours of your song being delivered.

• After all, your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we are committed to delivering a custom song that captures the essence of your vision and exceeds your expectations. No additional payment is required for the extra work.

• 100% of all tips go to the artist minus third party fees. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and will support the artist's continued work.

Below are some of the change requests we currently do not offer:

• Ask another Songfox song to record/reinterpret your existing Songfox song
• Requests to change, remove or add instrumentation within a song
• Requests to perform melodies, words, tones, runs in a different way
• Completely add/remove additional lines in the middle of verses/stanzas/choruses

Important:

All changes and requests within the framework of our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee must be stated via email to support@songfox.se within 48 hours of the song's delivery.

All songs will be finalized and locked 14 days after delivery.

Any changes requested to your song after 14 days of delivery will incur additional charges and will be completed based on artist availability.
